"Very hospitable! We stayed 4 nights with our teenagers. We had one room and our kids had one due to the small size room. It was perfect because we did not spend much time in room. Staff is very helpful and patient since we knew little Japanese. The food at the restaraunt is very good and fresh! Laundry was easy to use. We would reco.mend this place it is very close to attractions in Shibuya."

"Love the view in our rooms. Staff very nice and excellent location. Close to station and lots of restaurants but still have some peaceful vibe as the hotel not really in the middle of busy street. Breakfast are lovely but as we are spending 4 nights it has become very repetitive and boring as they are not changing the menu at all. Will be back in 2 weeks after travelling around Japan and they stored some of our luggages for free until next check-in."

"I stayed at the Mitsui Premier Hotel for five nights. The room was a bit small, but it was manageable and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very central to all the high-end shopping districts. The hotel is closer to Shinbashi station than Ginza station, about a 10-minute walk. "This is our repeat stay at the Grand Nikko Hotel. The property is clean and upscale. We enjoyed the use of the executive lounge and observation deck. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable with multiple malls and attractions closed by, and also its own train station. We went in June with our kids, but unfortunately the indoor pool is not allowed for kids under 16 and the outdoor pool is not open yet. Also, wish we could have earned loyalty points with the Hotel even booking...

"Great location! We got rooms on the upper floor, with two beds, which gave enough room for two people in a room. While the rooms themselves are a bit dated, they were clean and quiet. The location, across from Ginza 6, was excellent! It was easy to walk to the various shops and restaurants, as well as get on different subway lines that have stops in Ginza. Would definitely recommend staying here for the convenience. "
