"The hotel room was pretty average, breakfast is good, and it is okay if just staying for a night or two. The downside was that even though it is called an "airport" hotel it is not actually very close to the airport. I also specifically booked this hotel for a 12-layover in Spain because of the shuttle service offered and apparently it does not run between midnight and 6:00 a.m. which would have been nice to know ahead of time, so we did not have the additional cost of a taxi ride. "

"Overall it was a great stay, I only spent the night here to go to the Madrid airport the next day. The room was comfortable and they provided airport shuttle the next day. You do need to book it during check in."

"The hotel is placed in very quiet region of Madrid. 7-8 minutes from Metro and buses stations by feet. Free shuttle to and from airport (limited hours). I very recommend this hotel!"

"Hotel at 10min from all terminals via the train. Confortable bed and rooms are ok. Breakfast couls open earlier then 7h for an hotel that close from the airport. Breakfast is good"

"El hotel en general me pareció que estaba muy bien, aunque apenas pudimos disfrutarlo, ya que sólo estuvimos unas horas. Al adelantar nuestro vuelo no pudimos desayunar allí, por lo que pedimos que nos prepararan un picnic, que resultó muy malo. El sandwich de dos pisos sólo llevaba relleno en uno de ellos, el otro era sólo pan. Además, un paquetito de galletas maría, un plátano y una botella de agua. Por lo que había pagado por el desayuno ya se podían haber esmerado un poco más en el picnic."

"We loved the family sized room. Having more space was super helpful. The staff and service were all great! The shuttle from the airport was convenient. The area is nice and a bit more quiet than the hustle and bustle of Madrid. We liked the numerous parks in the area and were happy that Aldi is right around the corner. The train station is a bit of a walk, but doable. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay. "
