Direkt keine Dusche an Salz-Pool oder Hotelstrand, bei Salzwasser ist es doch angenehmer wenn es abgespült werden kann … Schöner Ausblick"
"Kind and helpful staff and clean facilities. Be aware that you cannot walk to the port, even though that is listed as a property highlight. Due to the proximity to the airport, you are able to hear the sound of planes taking off at all hours of the day and it is very loud and disruptive."
"Ein frisch gebautes Hotel, wo man wirklich sehr schön seine Nächte bzw Zeit in Heraklion verbringen kann. Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können, aber das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles war wirklich top. Die Angestellten sind absolut top freundlich, ich habe mich extrem wohlgefühlt. Würde ich immer weiterempfehlen."
"Alles war soweit sehr gut. Essen war gut, Zimmer modern. Poolanlage groß, Strand sehr schön. Nur die Zimmerreinigung war nicht gut. Dicker Staub auf Oberflächen und benutztes Geschirr blieb einfach stehen.

Ottima colazione e cena molto abbondante (antipasto, insalata, piatto principale con contorno e dessert) presso il ristorante Oliva se avete la mezza pensione. Staff gentile e premuroso - il giorno del nostro arrivo il nostro aereo ha fatto ritardo, e ci hanno tenuto da parte una cena da poter consumare in camera. Molti locali e negozi nelle vicinanze."

Petit bémol sur la nourriture qui n’est pas très bonne malgré un large choix.
La vue mer est sympa mais les deux gros blocs de climatisation sur le balcon sont un peu bruyant.
Mais notre séjour a été très agréable !"

"The staff was so helpful! They upgraded our room because a light bulb needed to be changed in our original room, but both rooms were gorgeous! Having the restaurant attached was super convenient. The staff also helped us arrange transportation to our next hotel, and really went above and beyond :)"
