"Awesome experience"

"Good location for airport reconnect traveller"

"The Regala Hotel was not bad but not worth the price. While the staff was excellent, the room was small with a poor design. The outdoor pool got no sun. The food was not good. The worst thing was that you had to take a bus to get to any restaurant or shopping and the subway to get anywhere else. There was no connected mall to the hotel. It wasn't built yet. Because there was nothing close to the hotel other than the airport, everyone wanted to use the curtesy bus to get to restaurants or...

"Staffs are very attentive to the customers whether to wait on elevator, assist on luggage or hailing a taxi."

"Room was spacious for HK standards and the room we were in offered a great view of Kowloon Park"

"Clean room and good location ."

"The location for Eaton HK was perfect. Close to many popular spots, all within walking distance but also not too crowded thankfully and close to Jordan station if we didn’t want to walk. We stayed in the newly renovated suite on the 12th floor which was really nice (exactly like the photos) and had a great view of the city. They provided snacks and wine too! "スタッフの対応はすばらしかったがバスタブに長い髪の毛が一本垂れ下がっていたのが残念だった。 一本あるだけで清潔感が一気に薄れた。"

"Great stay in a perfect location. The staff was attentive and helpful and the housekeeping was immaculate. The room was cleaned daily and we were given many waters and amenities during our stay. The shuttle service was also super helpful and we used it to leave for the airport with good timing. We will be returning and booking again!"

"My room during this stay was not clean. Especially the bathroom was bad and had remains from the guests that stayed earlier. I generally like this hotel so hope the hotel improves their cleaning. Location is great and staff are friendly. They can keep your luggage for free."

"立地も清潔さも良く使いやすいホテルでした。"

"The hotel is a great location"

"The whole place smelled damped and musky, the bed is hard and not very comfortable. However the gym is actually decent"

"Amazing."
