"Hotel itself is fine - only issue is parking. The car park is a dedicated area within the shopping centre car park next door. Entrance to this is a significant distance before you reach the hotel and is easily missed. The instructions provided by the hotel aren’t really helpful and provision of a map would have been of more use. Secondly, the police close access to the car park about an hour or so before a game at the football stadium next door. Is it really too much for the hotel to notify...

"Everything was lovely. We loved our room and all the accessories. The only inconvenience we had was that the ac was not turned on because it wasn’t cool enough outside. However, our window was very sunny and the room warmed up considerably during the day and took quite a while to cool down.
