"This hotel was NICE! The check in process was straightforward, the staff were genuine and helpful. The amenities around the hotel (private onsen, gym, family mart, and restaurant) were also phenomenal. I felt like this hotel had artsy vibes but also felt like home. The breakfast buffet in the morning was epic and very beautifully put together (felt like fine dining) and the staff there were so friendly!
