"The staff here are very polite and professional. The rooms look a bit tired and the bath plug has not even got a chain??? It's the second time on a visit that we have mentioned this issue. The meter on top of the heater keeps showing that the windows were open but of course they were not. The TV in the room was very difficult to turn off and when searching for a programme the tv jumped 2 channels at a time. That is basic stuff that should be regularly checked. "Great Staff. Property is a little dated but clean,tidy and friendly. Large rooms and a great location in it's own grounds with lots of free parking. A rare thing in Nether Edge. 20 min walk from the centre of Sheffield and a good bus service as well. Lots of great cafes nearby. What is not to like."
