"The hotel itself was brilliant , clean, tidy, comfy and modern, but I have to say that the experience was slightly ruined when we arrived to find out that we needed to pay for parking and for the use of the pool?? For £130 per night I would have thought that considering how basic the room amenities were (though they were a good standard) that parking and use of the facilities would be included. Otherwise it’s just the equivalent of a premier inn room."
"The hotel is a really nice old quaint building nestled in Lyndhurst. The staff are all really helpful and friendly, a special mention for the lovely Eila, I'm sorry if I spelt that wrong, she's a very pretty and happy Ukrainian lady working in the restaurant, and also to the mixologist behind the bar who was excellent in her job. The rooms are clean and well maintained, my only criticism is that they could have shaving mirrors in the bathrooms, they're quite dimly lit, and the only mirror is set...
"Room with Seaview has bird poo 💩 on the windows, for the upgrade thats wat u get. The inside window had cobwebs and u could see it haven't been clean in awhile, this particular white woman who is a staff from the front desk made us felt like we shouldn't be there.
Breakfast was not nice but I paid for it so had to eat what I can. Was going nice but went down hill.
They dont let you know when u have a blue badge and paid for parking u get this

"When I booked that show me a room with 2 single bed and 2 sofa bed big enough for 6 people, when I got there they give me a room with 2 sofa bed which was very uncomfortable vey tight room we could not move freely, manager lied to me said they don’t have bigger rooms in the hotel, later I found out he lied to me he gave my room to other guest. Very bad people never go back there"
"Felt very rundown, our room was very dirty with carpets stained and walls dirty with marks, same in the bathroom. Staff was friendly, but overall a big disappointment for the price we paid. Avoid the breakfast - paid £17 for feeling sick afterwards."

"Comfortable, clean rooms and great choice of breakfast made our one night stay very enjoyable. There was a wedding in the hotel on the same day but the staff made sure our room was away from the noise as much as possible. Good location 10 min walk into Bournemouth on a quiet road one street from the sea.
Watch out for the extra £10 car park charge though."
"Really well situated for the Poole Harbour area. The quay is about a one minute walk and there are many bars and restaurants with a 5 minute walk.
The hotel itself is in a charming old property and has a lovely outdoor terrace area for eats and drinks"
