All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the stay, Being able to use the spa facilities until 1pm on check out day was idea and its a very tranquil area. Only minor point is that the jacuzzi is not that warm to relax in - the jets blow cold water.

Such a lovely hotel and very helpful staff. The pool and spa was very relaxing. We had a garden room which opens out to the outdoor pool and has deck beds and a hot tub bath. Bed is super comfy too! A really enjoyable stay. Will definitely return.

Fabulous modern Miami themed hotel the beds are super comfortable and Aircon which is very much needed this weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful proper service with a smile and all very engaging. Fabulous view of the sea and a gorgeous pool. My only criticism was filling the kettle in the modern sink difficult !

Really loved the property...it was beautiful and exceptionally clean. the hotel is really amazing with excellent facilities. However i was a little disappointed that although when i booked it included continental breakfast but when i got to the hotel i was told that breakfast was not included.

We had a wonderful stay, the whole experience exceeded expectations. However a few point for improvement to make it a true 5 star experience. Another bigger / faster lift is required or easier access to the outdoor pool area via the ramp, for my mother who is 82. The aircon in our upgraded room (326) did not cool the room to the required temp and sleeping was difficult. In addition more sun umbrellas and more comfortable sun lounger's would make the outdoor pool facilities spectacular. Apart from that it was wonderful, all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the breakfast and other food was great.

Loved the hotel, great value for money. I went for the cheapest room and it didn't feel like you were having a cosy room. Loved that there was a bath and shower. Felt great for adults but also child friendly, which is great when you like an adults hotel but are traveling with a child. Pool was lovely, views are great, felt like you were in the South of France. The only let down for me was the food. Breakfast was great. However we stayed on a Sunday and both restaurants had a Sunday roast menu. Which meant you had to go out for the evening if you didn't want more roast. The roast was not great. Veg came out cold and then the fresh were just not good. It felt like a cheap roast but wasn't cheap. Also who really wants roast in the summer. Some of the staff in the restaurant weren't the friendliest. All in all a great hotel.

Our stay was lovely! The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated with tropical, Miami Beach vibes! Updated everywhere and very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom could use space/shelving of some kind for storage. The sparkling pool is by far the star of the show! On a sunny, warm day and that’s where you want to be all day with gorgeous views of the sea. Comfortable for all, adults and children. Great location, nice little kids club room with gaming, and indoor pool and spa, makes it an ideal spot! Highly recommend!

The NICI was a wonderful hotel with many great features. We were upgraded to a terrace sea view room which was delightful. Room was clean. Staff were extremely friendly across the hotel, spa and main restaurant. We would recommend and we will be returning.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Pool was much needed in the heatwave. Feel this is a bit of a victim of its own success. It draws a certain clientele and doesn’t feel exclusive and for the price it should do. Pool needed cleaning. Otherwise head and shoulders above all the other Bournemouth hotels. View was of the travelodge carpark
