"The hotel stay was satisfying but the booking in was a nightmare, the hotel had no knowledge of my booking and could not find it on your website, we were made to wait in the reception looking rather embarrassed in front of all the other guests that were booking in whilst they endeavoured to find us two rooms that met our requirements, eventually it was all sorted but not without sum trepidation as to wether we would get our rooms"

"Charming property but is essentially an old house so the rooms are smaller than your typical 4 star. Food was good if a little overpriced. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d go back again just for the peace and quiet. They and I have a pool and other facilities in an adjacent building too. Overall recommended, for a quiet and romantic retreat. "

"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

"This hotel was great for the price. It was a clean standard hotel. Toilet was very low which I found difficult and parking was an issue, hotel parking is small so gets booked fast and Millennium point car park was difficult to find. All the staff were lovely except for one lady at reception. Breakfast is overpriced (£16.50 or £13.50 if you book the night before) so we found it cheaper to go out and have breakfast. "Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Gabriela on reception made our trip super special in her attitude towards us. Friendly, professional and extremely welcoming. She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"
