"I had an incredible stay at the swan. I got a free upgrade to their Suite and it was beautiful! The 4 poster bed was elegant and comfy. The room had loads of space and it was very clean. All the bath products smelt amazing. I'm annoyed that I forgot to buy some at reception when I left.
I had dinner too and the staff were very helpful and great service. Food was yummy , as was the cocktail. The whole place has a great atmosphere.

"Lovely room. Comfy bed. Toiletries were great. Hairdryer was good & not attached to the wall like some hotels. Shower was a little low pressure but that’s minor. Lovely breakfast. Staff are so friendly. We arrived back at our room after a day out to find a card which was handwritten by the lovely hotel manageress & a box of chocolates for my birthday. Very kind indeed. Great location. Car park was a little tricky to find but we got there in the end ! Will definitely stay here again . Nice...
"Mixed experience, some good, but room for improvement
We stayed for one night as a family of four in a family room.
There were some definite positives. We had dinner in the pub and the food was lovely. Breakfast was alright, perfectly acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable.
The outdoor area was a real highlight for us as a family. There is a lovely play area for the children as well as a nice outdoor seating area, and our children really enjoyed it.

"The staff were cheerful, and helpful. The bedrooms were clean, comfy, with large T.V. Modern ensuite bathroom with choice of bath or shower, AND quality toilet paper. If I was being picky, the only thing thing the bedroom lacked was a fridge and a lift to the 2nd floor. The hotel is also dog friendly and allowed in the bar area if you want food. The hotel carpark, was also operated by a barrier which gave piece of mind. I would definitely use the hotel again if stopping in the area."

The restaurant was ok, the food itself wasn’t brilliant and the service was not what we had experiences on our previous visits to Wychwood Park Hotel.

"Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. The bedroom was very clean. Staff are very pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. The meal we had was top notch and couldn't fault any of it. Breakfast the following morning was also very enjoyable, served piping hot and delicious. There is ample free parking on site too which is a great bonus with the hotel being on the high street. We would highly recommend the Red Lion and wouldn't hesitate to return!"
