"Nice room, clean and quiet. Close to train station. Staff are professional and polite"

"Simple et pratique pour une nuit et se rendre à l’aéroport. Navette dispo 24/24. Style un peu démodé, mais tel qu’indiqué. Isolation sonore pas très efficace. Nous avons entendu les bruits des voyageurs en haut. Personnel très courtois. Service très proffessionnel. Répond très bien à ce qui était affiché."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location which means that the food and drink are charged accordingly. It is well worth it though if you sit outside the restaurant watching the hustle and bustle of the Rialto Bridge. The staff were helpful"

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast is very limited and disappointing. There is a serious problem with the hot water in the bathroom. The water suddenly becomes extremely hot and can burn you without warning, which is very dangerous. The mattress is extremely hard, and the pillows are old and uncomfortable. Overall, despite the lovely staff, the hotel needs significant improvements in comfort, maintenance, and especially bathroom safety."

"The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room was quite dirty. That was the downside"

"Great room and very good breakfast. Excellent location close to everything and with good access from the water bus."
