"Dirty bathroom and broken toilet seat. No room-service available at all and only buffet in restaurant, no a la carte in evening. We had to order Deliveroo like at home! Staff not really helpful at reception. Room facing the inside courtyard of the hotel so artificial light all night! Paid way too much for spending a very bad night there. Will never return!"

Worst aspect was dinner experience - food was ok and service a bit patronising about what we should be ordering as extras. Paid the bill and left only to be sent a bill on the journey home saying we owed money for a dinner bill. I rang them to...

"Good hotel, Room was clean and comfortable. Bar served good food. Gym was ok, but quite small and got full quickly. Would stay again."
