"We had a wonderful stay! We felt that it was really good value for money. The hotel was beautifully clean and tidy and looked modern. The spa and pool were lovely and easy to locate and access. The rooms were great and the rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond when welcoming us into the hotel and made my 4 year old feel really special. "I liked the room and the dining room.. The staff were very nice Parking was a little difficult to find at first. The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station I was upset that the hotel doesn't provide any washcloths. They didn't even provide any makeup remover wipes either. "

"Good location. Room large and comfortable with lots of amenities. Property downfall was in their breakfast service which was chaotic during our visit, not the standard the property should have offered. It appeared to be a staffing issue. Many of us did not finish our meal. One server was inexperienced and inefficient. Suggest that staff be better trained and have division of labour, not multitasking. I.e. one person to admit and clear/ set tables, another to serve, etc."

"Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect. We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us. Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Breakfast was ok."
