"They picked us up (free shuttle) from the airport after a very long flight, which was amazing - we landed pretty late and I was grateful for not having to figure out how to get to the accomodation. The instructions to get to the bus were pretty clear! Beds were very comfi and the stay was quiet! Konbini within the same building was great. Rinku town station was 2 mins away, with straight connections to Namba. Staff were very kind and helpful! Loved the stay"

"Excellent Breakfast buffet, 30 min walk to osaka station"

"Loved it for my first stay in Osaka. Would stay again."

"24-hour convenience store at 1/F, many restaurants nearby, seems no parking lot, take public transportation to hotel"

"This property offered exactly what we needed and the location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Was ok. Staff could’ve been more helpful especially to foreigners. The woman wouldn’t even help me book a taxi. Something so simple. I had to go to the family mart and they helped me call a taxi with no issue."

"Excellent location. Next to the bus terminal and subway station. Staffs were very friendly. The room was clean and has nice city view. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is a bit aged and it shows, but it still cleans up well. The washer dryer room is excellent, though. My main issue is the unwillingness for the staff to help with a simple damaged delivery that i shipped to this hotel. They refused to aid me in calling the shipping company and i had to request a manager. The shipping company did right by me for the damage, but the front desk employees at this hotel left a sour taste in the mouth. All i can say is, do better front desk employees, do...

"Literally right next to kitahama station which gets you straight to nipponbashi station in down town. Hotel was quiet, clean, and cozy."

"Great location and amenities and friendly and helpful staff"

"Great clean hotel. Nice bed. And good shower pressure"
