"Traditional and personal, I felt the staff were wonderful. It has an art deco/retro vibe in a perfect location near train, subway, grocery, and laundry. If I could change one thing, it would be to have a larger shower. The door opening is a typical European size, roughly a 12” - 13” opening. Tapas available every evening was a great touch."

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean but the air conditioning was not working. Brought my concerns to the front desk 1 hour after checkin again in another 1.5 hours and was told a reset will be done to keep an eye on it. Came back after 5 hours and still temp at 25 degrees when it was set at 19 degrees. Ended up with getting an electric fan. Not really satisfied with how things were handled. Front desk told me an email will be sent to management but nobody reached out."
