"Terrific"

"Stayed on the 9th floor - elevators were always super quick. I forgot to take a picture but the bathroom smelled super musky and then we noticed by looking at the mirror you could see the reflection of the sink and it was just full of mildew under the rim (I hope not mould but I wasn’t going to look closely at it). 10 washing machines throughout the hotel (2 on every 2nd floor) but one was broken. They are also combo washer/driers so the cycles take 2 hours each. We found a lot of guests were...

"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmergröße war außreichend und es wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Lage des Hotels war schön ruhig und trotzdem sehr gut angebunden, sodass es von dort aus einfach war Tokio zu besichtigen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I accidentally dropped something behind the toilet and when I went to retrieve it, it was evident that area had not been cleaned recently. Otherwise, comfortable stay. I did get in late and they were very few food options – the 7-11 in the airport had limited choices. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, amenities were great and location cannot be beat for convenience to the airport."

"Nice hotel. Ten minute walk to Ikebukuro Station, Restaurants and shopping in the adjacent Sunshine 60 mall, plus others within walking distance."

"L’hôtel est très très bien situé, le personnel est très professionnel, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Plusieurs machines à la blanchisserie. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Nous reviendrons"

"Very much a ‘Dynasty’ era hotel in terms of furnishings coupled with ‘formal’ service. If you’re breakfasting here, do go to Level 2. The breakfast room at B1 is rather like a canteen and understaffed."

"The hotel was beautiful! The room was very spacious and clean. Their breakfast buffet was so good. We loved the fact that there was a Family Mart connected to the hotel! Also there is a train station conveniently located right across the street. Definitely recommend 10/10."

"Great hotel, great view, great breakfast. Only thing is that put room was quite small, very nice, but really small."
