"The location is great, very very close to the Shibuya crossing, all shopping, and restaurants. The room was small and not enough space for luggage specially if you are with family. The bathroom is probably 4x6 feet Breakfast is minimal, is ok. Not enough outlets if you have to charge things , specially if you are with family.( you will need to have an extension). "Spent 2 weeks at the hotel with my 2 daughters. Fantastic stay. Hotel was wonderful. Clean, classy and staff was amazing. Hotel is in a great location. 3 minute walk to train station. We went all throughout Tokyo and several 1-3 hour day trips outside Tokyo. If you have not been to Tokyo before, proximity to a train station is key. Would not have done anything differently and would 100% stay here again."

"The hotel was over booked and I was put in a smoking room with my daughter. I asked to change rooms and they put us in a much smaller room with a small single bed. Last night before we flew out. Staff was not helpful or accommodating because they over booked and had no other rooms available."

The room is extremely quiet and the amenities provided are more than we could ever need. Definitely recommend for those looking to stay in a central area near Toyko Station. "Location is great and overall staff is amazing, typical of any Mitsui Garden, however the first agent wanted to charge me 2000¥ to check-in 56 minutes prior to the standard 3pm, so that kinda started the experience with a negative vibe, fast forward 3pm checked in a room that had a very strong smell of cigarette, and this is where their customer service shined, within 10 minutes room was changed and all our luggage’s moved in by a really nice agent.
