"Lovely stay , only problem we had was heating didn’t work in bedroom, was given a small heater , but still chilly , has it was a large family room , food at night and breakfast was fantastic, have stayed many times before, will return"

"To be fair we literally went from reception to our room and back so my review is based on a very limited experience of the hotel! We had quite a few fly/moths in the room but the hotel were very quick to respond to this when I mentioned it on check out."

"Great room, a little small but very smart and well kept"

"Great location to Piccadilly train station easy check in and check out lovely big clean room and nice staff"

"We needed a quiet escape and this hotel was lovely. The room was gorgeous! The shower was amazing! We loved that we could order room service and listen to the storm outside. Really lovely. TV was a smart TV so can easily login to your netflix/prime account etc. Breakfast was great too - staff were helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay."

"Very nice relaxing stay. The man at the door to greet us was lovely. Staff in reception and in the bar were fantastic. We will definitely be back."
