"Tout était parfait "

"Self contained small but has everything you need. As most of the previous reviews the hill it sits on is steep and no mention of this in the description. It does has a series of lifts when at the accommodation but had a steep hill to get there first. Would be problematic for less able or pushing prams etc. Location is ok with about a 20 minutes walk to the sea front, shops about 10 minutes, bus station 10 minute walk. All in all very good for the money. Would return."

"Fantastic location of hotel. Staff were amazing with me when I arrived as was upset, they reassured me gave me a glass of fizz and even upgraded my room . Maids were good. Everyone was friendly in hotel. Mainly couples hotel . Couldn’t fault them would definately stay again given location too was great "

"Stunning property right on the Sea. My room overlooked the sea and was overall clean and comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly but perhaps because I didn’t pay the all inclusive package and was paying per meal/drink, I’d have to ask to be served. It would also be nice if there were staff circulating and provide service to the day bed areas. The hotel would experience more profit...

"Everything about the hotel speaks class and luxury, the view is breathtaking, the staff were helpful, we were given a glass of juice as we checked in. The breakfast is far better than anywhere I’ve stayed, the room was well maintained and I’d definitely be staying at Atlantis mirage next time I visit Tenerife. If you have a lot of activities planned within Tenerife I’d advise you to leave a day out to enjoy the amenities of the hotel."

"Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well. I have to say it’s my first time seeing staff cleaning a plant leaf by leaf! The furnitures are old but they are spotless! The staff love their job and they do a good...

"This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best. The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants nearby but it’s definitely dated and needs an upgrade. Pool was freezing cold even though the staff said it’s heated."
