"We had a very pleasant stay in the property. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Even from the start they were very accomodating, esp with my request for a connecting room for me and my family. Special shoutout to the frontdesk staff who helped us with an early check-in. Then to the night frontdesk staff who helped when our keycards won’t work in the parking area. "The food at both restaurants is below average, the staff push you to eat there and that is not right."

"When we arrived, the cleaning staff were quite loud, and several carts and cribs were in the hallway. The next morning, after walking 25,000 steps at Disney, we were woken up by loud talking around 7:00 am and weren’t able to sleep in. The hotel also didn’t offer a shuttle to Downtown Disney."

"Beautiful property. Location and room were excellent. Great shuttle and driver from cruise port. Only problem was broken elevator when trying to depart; with lots of luggage - 4th floor. Staff unable to help."

"No rental car needed! Walk to parks walks to Disney Springs walk to local dining. Beautiful pool area for a mid day cool down. Pin trading in office. Lovely little room. Book it!"
