"This property was so far away from everything. Luckily, it was right next to the bus stop. It didn’t seem like the nicest area. When we arrived the room was set to 30° and were told the air conditioning is not yet turned on for the season so we switched rooms. We were not informed the pool is only open in the summer and the kids were looking forward to the pool so that was a let down. (It was 23° and we had walked 10 miles that day so it would have been a nice way to end the day!) Flooring was...

"Very big nice room, pretty grounds, plenty of parking!! there’s a shuttle in to the city which is quite practical. Pool was under renovation while we were there, breakfast was good, staff is super polite and helpful. Honestly a much better experience than other hotels we stayed at in the region for a more expensive price. Pleasantly surprised with our experience here "

"Very friendly staff and breakfast had good selection! We had a flight at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 5am. We thought there was going to be no staff but luckily a guy was there to help us and had called us a taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. Room was nice and always cleaned everyday. We were left with cookies :)"

The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants.
