"Very helpful staff great location breakfast superb room very comfortable"

"Hotel quickly changed the room into a twin from a double upon request when we arrived. Hotel is located within a small shopping mall with some lovely shops, also a good choice of restaurants, a bowling alley and escape room. The hotel has a lovely restaurant where breakfast is served - up on the 5th floor with great views & is a nice bar at night. The bar filled up our water cups with ice and tap water no problem. We booked a Superior Room which included parking in the underground car park...

"I want to give a huge shout out to the Front Desk staff member - Ali. We had some issues with our check in and it was just me and my 2 small Kids travelling. It was 2am after a long delayed flight. He understood the situation and quickly got us a room. He was the best. This man needs a raise or promotion or whatever."

"Friendly staff throughout the hotel Breakfast was ample with fruit, cereal and English breakfast all buffet style"

"Very welcoming and helpful staff, great with our children too. Our room was great, however the bathroom felt a bit tired. There was a weird musty smell in our toom when wr got there, but once we opened the window and let it all air out it was fine. Breakfast was regularly topped up, offering plenty of variety."

"Easy location to go to the University of Warwick and other places nearby. The hotel was a bit noisy during the night, the bed was ok. Friendly staff."

"The bathroom was not clean - there were hairs from the previous guest left all over the shower. The rest of the room was OK."

"I felt very safe staying at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. I have no hesitation in recommending it."

"Great location, potential to be a beautiful hotel, but needs some tlc. The room was dirty, dirty toilet, headboard had stains all over it, stains on the sheets. No Iron, ironing board or even a hairdryer in the room. Not suitable for disabled people, steps outside the property, stairs everywhere, no lift. The lady on reception was very lovely and very helpful."

"It was very nice the breakfast was fresh and the staff was very polite the rooms were clean and the pool and sauna was very relaxing."

"Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and high quality restaurant. Only downside was the very expensive parking, which should really be included with the hotel booking."

"Loved the staff, expecially one who came out to the bus stop with added information on the day I left in the afternoon: Wednesday, October 28th. More than necessary"

"Centrally located with wonderful and helpful staff. Room good size but would not refer to the bed linen (sheet worn in places) or the toiletries as luxury as stated in the upgrade hence the lower rating! But good pleasant stay would stay again! I did not have food there so no comments regarding that."

"Air conditioning was very noisy."
