"The property was very contemporary and nice. The churros every afternoon were a hit! The staff were wonderful and always helpful. The only pause was housekeeping. Paying for a luxury hotel you expect daily cleaning. Here you have to ask for it. They set us up at check-in so we would have it every other day while there. Unfortunately housekeeping only came once in the six days we were there and we had to call down often for more towels and had to go down to get more toilet paper because when they did come, they didn't leave any backup. The hotel also seems to expect most people to stay fewer nights based on the amount of closet and drawer space which was minimal at best. But overall, we we liked the location and were pleased with the experience."

"I really loved this place! There was a parking garage nearby with $10 parking if I remember correctly. The place was clean, modern, and had a nice view. "

"Clean rooms, kitchen and utensils not so clean though, had to double check those. Decent location, however must traverse massive bridge and 3 floors of steps just to get to downtown area. About a 10-15 minute walk required before even getting into the heart of the city. I enjoyed it for the rate I got it at, however saw the prices jump drastically since then. I would NEVER pay the current rate for this place when you can get all sorts of hotel amenities for much less AND in more walkable location."

"Spotless historic hotel, steps from Union Station. Large room with unique antique furnishings. We took advantage of the daily evening bourbon tasting, complimentary local car service, and the continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"The lobby welcome area is very warm, rooms are classic Kimpton. Had a lot of trouble with the Googlecast on the TV."
