"Struggled to find hotel as people sitting on step outside. Just looked like part of the shops next door. Signage did not stand out. Once found - great location. The room looks nice, 3rd floor but no lift so with heavy cases this would be a struggle for some people. The curtain at the bedroom window did not open. Only one very soft pillow each on the bed. Offered no support. One chair in room, could do with another one as nowhere to sit. Ended up sitting on the floor at times. Had to ask for a...
