"Tout était parfait, à distance de marche de tout. Les installations du spa étaient idéales après une journée de randonnée et de marche dans la ville. Nous avons séjourné dans un studio qui était grand, bien organisé et sans un tapis. Le déjeuner était très bon et très varié. Si vous allez à zakopane et que vous aimez les sushis, il y a un petit resto pas très loin de l’hôtel, Setto sushis. Ils sont excellents."

"We had a wonderful stay! We got one of top floor apartments so the view was amazing, there is a tiny but full equipped kitchennette that we didnt use, except the espresso maker, that was a plus! Enjoying my espresso in the morning, hearing the birds and seeing the scenery was great. The location was great, 15 or 20 minutes walk to the busy krupowki street, with plenty options for dining. 5 min away, a great breakfast place. What you have to be mindful is, there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this is not a good option unless its possible to request a 1st floor . Guests can use the spa for 1 hour a day but I never use it, I believe is more kind of an onsen bath. Our apartment was super clean, we couldn't use he AC, but luckily nights were cool so no much of an issue since we were not during the day that temperature was in the 24,23 degrees and for sure hot in the room. Easy communication, we got easy to follow instructions, although I forgot to call 24 hours in advance so, it was a little complicated to get someone ,we had to call using another guest phone as i didn have a Polish number but after that, we communicate with the person with wasap and instructions were super easy. Wifi works well,I think it was an excellent choice for our 4 days there. Lovely place!"

"We booked a deluxe mountain view room, it was clean spacious with a good view. The balcony was nice for sitting on. The receptionist at check-in was friendly and helpful but we did not really see anyone else. Breakfast was good, with a range of foods to choose from. The property is a good walk from the station and the main town along the side of a busy main road."

"Favorite stay so far, the views were amazing. Had so much to offer (hot tub, sauna, kitchen, and more)! As well the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, showing us around when needed but also provided great spots to eat or see."
