"The hotel room was dark , however , due to a “rave “ next door we did not get any sleep due to the noise . Hotel Manager would not consider moving our room which was very frustrating."

"Easy to park at nearby John Lewis Q park. Handy for shopping at Liverpool one and 30 min walk to Hill Dickinson stadium! We had a room with a double bed and single bed which was ideal for our family of 3 watching Everton match."

"Central location"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all the amenities you could need in an immaculately clean spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Check in was super easy and all the staff I came into contact with were incredibly friendly. I stay in Liverpool on a regular basis and have always assumed this hotel was too far out of the city for me but I was wrong, yes it’s a short walk but really easy to get to the city centre. I’ll definitely be back."

"Everything was great, really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay again."

"Very comfortable hotel with excellent beds. Rooms were tastefully decorated with all the accessories you would need. A non slip mat for the bath was appreciated. Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. The two restaurants on site were excellent one for casual dining (Pizza, pasta etc) and the Carriage works which was also excellent for an Al a Carte menu. There are also bars for a drink. The hotel has a Spa but did not use it. The hotel is ideally placed to visit Liverpool with bus...

"Great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a very good size. The bathroom was very big too. The location is amazing. Only 2-3 minutes walk from Bold Street which has so many nice restaurants. Also Liverpool Lime Street Station is only 10 minutes walk away."

"Comfy beds, clean room, lovely pool, staff great, have stayed a couple of times now and will definitely stay again"

"My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family. I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised. Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception."

"Ideal location"

"Room was very well appointed. Staff very attentive and helpful. Plenty of parking £5 for an overnight stay. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty.I hate scrambled eggs and asked for fryer and those were delivered to . Huge thanks to all the staff. X"
