"I would rate this a 3.5/5 rating. Food is edible, rooms are clean & comfortable, drinks were good, the pool was HUGE & nice (teenagers played endless volleyball), nightly entertainment was good l, & the beach is absolutely stunning. Chairs are included, just ask.. missing a coffee shop with ice cream & pastries and.
1st & foremost the staff was amazing. Juan Morice went above and beyond around the pool. He made sure to always try and make sure your smiling while getting you anything you need....

"This property is awesome! It’s nice and spread out, but not so much that you have to walk far to get to other buildings/pools, etc. There is a road between the buildings, but it’s super safe to cross, and not even that big of a deal. "Booked this place for 3 people, total 1 week stay. I paid over $6000 for three of us to be all inclusive. Once we got there they told us all inclusive includes Smirnoff vodka, and any drinks under 12$. So they have all their drinks at over $13+. "Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. The door was never repaired and anyone could push my door and gain entry. I wrote a lengthy email with no response. "Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days."
