"We loved our stay here. We stayed in an executive suite and had a beautiful view, very spacious room and bathroom. The bathroom was beautiful, lighting in there was great (so good for makeup) and the hotel hair dryer actually worked amazing. Location was great, walking distance to breakfast spots, target and a walgreens, Staff were very helpful and the overall hotel was beautiful and clean."

"I stayed here before many years ago and loved it. Current state… it’s aged, dated, and quite frankly I couldn’t get over the smell. It needs windows opened, a deep clean, paint. It’s an iconic Hotel but needs some TLC"

"This was my second stay. Wyatt took great care of me and my family. Although we were there to visit a family member in ICU for a few days. He made sure we were close together and had everything we needed."

"Clean room"

"I was unsure if the hotel I booked it last minute for a concert. It was very reasonable so I went with an open mind a place to sleep. From the minute I walked in Chelsea greeted me with warm cookies and free water and early check in and room on the top floor! Truly outstanding experience! Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!"

"this is a super cool hotel right in the heart of the university. The main lobby is open to the public so there’s really great energy with all the students sitting around studying. The rooms are quirky and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying there."

"Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We were up on the 17th floor and had a great view of the river and surrounding area! Staff were welcoming friendly and always willing to help and answer questions! Walking distance to the Grand Casino Arena where we watched a concert and the main reason we booked with this hotel."

"Views from the 18th floor were amazing. Loved that they had bathrobes, too. Breakfast at cosmos was wonderful."

"Not Worth the money"

"I love staying here. It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located downtown and the staff is very friendly."

"Great room and very clean, no free breakfast though."
