I had a beautiful room, actually three rooms which included a separate living room. Both the bedroom and living room had big flat screen TVs, although the channel selection was minimal which didn;t even include ESPN. The location is good being within walking distance of the central city and Target Field. No included breakfast but there's a decent diner a few blocks away.

Parking was 30$/day which wasn't listed, was a surprise. Their parking pass didn't work on the scanner and I had to go to the front desk(from parking lot) to get a new pass once as their support call didn't work. Received a breakfast coupon for 2 while we were 3 members. The server had to go and confirm with the front desk.

There was no fitted sheet on the bed when we checked in, main part of hotel was humid and room almost felt damp, no Hot water to take a shower, and we were charged $30 for parking on-site, which one would think would be included in staying at a Downtown hotel.

Had to switch rooms a couple times because the air conditioning didn’t work. Only 2 ice machines worked. Carpet was dirty in the rooms, carpet in the halls was coming apart, took about 10 minutes of water running to get any hot water to the room, lots of things broken. Only positive was front desk staff were very pleasant even though lots of other guests had similar Issues. I should have looked closer at previous reviews before booking.
