"We wanted to be close to the National Gallery to see the Helen McNicoll exhibit. A five minute walk. We couldn’t get any closer than the Laurier. The hotel is historic and I wish we’d had time to do the Laurier tour. Our room was large - we had a king deluxe and very comfortable. The main restaurant is pricey so we are breakfast at the cafe and dinner at Emilie’s - Their outdoor restaurant. We definitely would go back."
