"This is a great hotel at a great price. I was nervious about some reviews saying its in an industrial area and far from everything, it is true if you don't have a car, but renting a car might be a great option as there are lovely towns near (10-20 minutes away) that you can enjoy lunch or dinner like Alcala de Henares, home of "Don Quijote de la Mancha" or Segovia (1:30 hrs away), Avila (home of Teresita de Jesus de Avila)... and many more. I will definitely comeback here."

"Nice stay again"

"Overnight stay between flights, so only stayed the 1 night but we enjoyed the hotel it was well appointed and the room was very nice. We used the paid shuttle service both to and from the airport and for us it worked perfectly, but do factor in this extra cost as some hotels do offer a free shuttle service….would we stay again, most certainly we would."

"El hotel en general me pareció que estaba muy bien, aunque apenas pudimos disfrutarlo, ya que sólo estuvimos unas horas. Al adelantar nuestro vuelo no pudimos desayunar allí, por lo que pedimos que nos prepararan un picnic, que resultó muy malo. El sandwich de dos pisos sólo llevaba relleno en uno de ellos, el otro era sólo pan. Además, un paquetito de galletas maría, un plátano y una botella de agua. Por lo que había pagado por el desayuno ya se podían haber esmerado un poco más en el picnic."

"Contemporary, comfortable room, and reasonably well -maintained common facilities. Large number of parking spaces and electric charging for EVs. Bar needs improvement but staff is warm and accommodating. "

"They couldn’t find the reservation for the superior room I had booked months earlier. The hotel was full but they were able to find a regular room. "

"We had the room at the top of the hotel which was up a flight of stairs after the lift got to the top. It was stunning. A small totally private rooftop patio gave us 270 degree views over the awesome scenery and the old town. A small window the other side looked down through the valley to the new town. Breathtaking! Excellent conversion of a heritage (I assume) building. Our only problem was we didn't stay long enough."

"Complex is very run down. Pull had been shut for months and was green. Cabins had awful smell which didn’t leave with all the windows open. "

"We have a very nice stayed there. Very good breakfast options from hot to fruits, very fresh. The staff was very helpful. Transportation services around the area. And a beautiful shopping center, with very nice stores and a supermarket."
