An excellent place to stay while visiting Cuenca

Great staff at the front desk, super clean and comfortable room, a 5-minute walk from the bus station, an easy bus ride from the train station, restaurants and grocery stores close by, and a 25-minute walk to the magnificent sights of the old town.

Modern hotel

Modern hotel, easy to find and easy to find free parking outside the hotel. Good sleeping standard and nice breakfast. It’s a bit from the old town and tourist areas. We took the car to old town.

Great place to stay at affordable prices. The personnel is very courteous and attentive, the room was impeccable, and they even have a microwave over of guests need to use it. We parked across the street and there was no problem. Comfortable beds.

I like spacious room, kind staff, good breakfast, easy parking on the street, good breakfast but little bit noisy at night. For their credit it became quite after 11:00 pm, though.

NH always has a great product. This particular hotel was about a 15 minute walk to winery row, and 25 minutes to old town Cuenca. Clean updated rooms, as always!

Lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff however the only way to get information regarding menus or breakfast times/prices was by logging in with a QR code. There are still occasions when some printed information would be useful.

The Hotel was what you would expect of an average city centre hotel. We arrived Sunday afternoon. The Restaurant was permamently closed which we were not advised of. Other than that and the street noise it was OK for a couple of nights stay and reasonably convenient.
