"The view from the room was spectacular. Walked along the shore right from our room. Room was clean had many useful amenities. The “heated pool” was ice cold. The jacuzzi as barely warm enough to get in. The staff at the check in desk were fantastic. The staff in the dining room were very condescending."
"Nice motel. Very clean, staff very welcoming and helpful. There would have been a nice private terrace, just the weather was still too cold sitting outside. Lots of dinner opportunities in Taupo. Parking was free. Would book the motel again if in the area."
"Great experience. Property is older than I expected but clean and we'll maintained. Staff helpful and courteous. No elevator so plan on hooking your bags up a flight of stairs if u are on 2nd level. Recommended."

"The lady staff was lovely, beautiful spot. Beautiful spa and pool even in cold windy weather i was in there. Room had cooking facilities and very clean. Enjoyed my stay. The offsite gym you have access too Empower fitness is good too."
"I'm hesitant to share this gem but they deserve it! Amazing views, super tranquil, tidy accomm with a natural design to suite the surrounding native vegitation and super helpful hosts."

The lock box was very sticky and difficult to open, Ax was the entry door. Which needs a fix. The cooking equipment was very limited and could do with a smaller saucepan in the studio unit as the current size is enormous for cooking a 1-2 person meal. These were setbacks but notxa deterrent and I would stay again. Maybe better bathroom extras would be...
