"Great clean room, but the heated pool and spa was cold and dirty. We were able to use the pool at the Millenium next door, but not what we wanted. Reception was closed for entire stay, so weren't able to get any info"
"Great experience. Property is older than I expected but clean and we'll maintained. Staff helpful and courteous. No elevator so plan on hooking your bags up a flight of stairs if u are on 2nd level. Recommended."

We booked a Superior Studio room that specifically said it was "1 King bed" only to find it was a "Queen size bed" and when we called the reception / staff, we were advised that they only have "Queen size beds" in the Superior Studio Room... we feel this was false advertising, as we would NEVER have booked the room based on a Queen size bed!"
