"I really liked the property a lot (clealiness, in-room convenience), but it was above an office tower. During the day the area was very busy. When coming back at night after dinner, I had a friend walk me to the hotel because the street on which the hotel was dark and there were few people around."

"It’s less than 5 mins walk from Shinjuku express bus terminal. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room is good size, clean and comfortable. We opted for breakfast which has an average variety of food. We requested taxi service at checkout and staff gladly called one for it. Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay again. "

"Beautiful lobby and hotel is conveniently located, near to main station, with shopping and dining options. Nice room with good city view. The maintenance of the amenities in the room can be improved. Senior receptionist is thoughtful. He switched on the train display at the lobby when he noticed us looking intently at the beautiful display. He even offered to take a family photo for us with the display, and gave train stickers to my children. He makes the stay there more pleasant as a result....

"If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to visit! There are many places to eat and shop as well as see a game of the Yomirui Giants if you can get tickets. The staff was helpful and able to communicate in English even though I was mistaken for being Japanese. During the second night of our stay, there was a conference in session and the elevators were crowded but a staff member was present and kept folks moving in an efficient manner. Would stay here again!"

"More of a long stay hotel - I stayed one night and found it very convenient. Near a busy shopping/dining area and subway station. Surrounding neighborhood is walkable and quite (once off main road). Has a guest laundry in the basement - very convenient for long term travelers. "
