"Everything was good. I come to Merida about once a month for entertainment. And I will stay for one or two nights. I always liked this hotel, but it didn't have hot water. I like hot water for showering. So, now they have everything I want and the price is a great value. So, I will be visiting, regularly now."

"The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Despite my non-existent Spanish language, the patience, kindness and warm interactions for support and assistance from the reception, to the restaurant and kitchen, my stay was very memorable. My arrival and check-in was seamless. I had booked through hotels.com and didn’t realize that it included the buffet breakfast which included a wide variety of local and traditional American breakfast items. My room was very clean and comfortable with strong air conditioning to counteract my slow adaptation to the hot and humid days of the Yucatan. On my departure, my flight was very early, and the kitchen and reception staff thoughtfully curated a healthy fresh fruit breakfast for me to take away which was such a blessing, given the time restrictions when dashing for your flight back home. Everyone from soup to nuts at the NH Collection Merida Paseo Montejo was absolutely stellar, kind and top notch hospitable. The central location of the hotel was also key to access lots of local eats. Highly recommended!!! "
