Also the older gentleman behind the bar, seemed very cold towards us. I didn’t mind its service as usual in the UK. But compared to the rest of Japan, it was poor. The view is spectacular "

"This hotel is great. The convenience of having a JR station only steps away was a plus. It is also very calm and quiet compared to the rest of Tokyo. Great for families. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Breakfast is very delicious and has plenty of options. Only thing I would say is that rooms are a bit tight I am traveling with a family of 4, but other than that this place is perfect. "

The staff don’t handle things going wrong very well either. Apart from that it is a very good hotel with excellent accommodation and service ."
