"Rooms visually were nice looking clean large, beds were nice.
Issue the windows were not sealed correct so you could hear people and cars in the street through out the night as well as extremely cold. The showers were broken as well hot and scolding hot literally no cold water or anything in between"
"The parking is first come first serve there's not that many spots. Staff is very friendly, plumbing is old so the toilets don't always flush the first time. We were given the wrong room but the manager vivian was very apologetic an helpful. The rooms are nice an up to date great views of the city. I would stay here again forsure"

Reception staff were ok, bit robotic Quality of food at breakfast was just ok, nothing amazing. Certain aspects of the room was tired eg grout in bathroom, mirror above sink also worn with age. Car park is not big...
