"Great hotel in convenient location "

"The hotel is huge and it takes a while to find your way around it. It’s very clean & staff are helpful and attentive. We had a family room and our 12 year old was given a single sofa bed but it didn’t have a mattress so was solid and not fit for purpose but a quick call to reception and they sent a z-bed up which had a mattress so was a lot more comfortable for our son. The bar & restaurants are lovely and quality food and service. Nothing too much trouble. The grounds of the hotel are lovely with areas to sit outdoors for a drink or relax. Overall I would recommend the hotel as a lovely place to stay. We will definitely return. "

"Location, location, location! It was a few minutes walk to anywhere we wanted to go in Bath. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast set us up for the day. Would stay here again. "

"The facilities and presentation of the hotel was excellent. Location is perfect. Bedrooms comfortable and roomy. Bar service very good. Breakfast food was good but service was poor. Clearing tables all around was slow including our table. "
