"4 days i have to walk around both towers because the doors on the hallway connecting east and west tower were closed. Than I paid 70 dollars a day parking and there was no spots many times garage was closed and I had to park elsewhere."

"Check-in staff was beyond friendly to start with! Love the secure aspect for use of the elevators, and the breakfast is phenomenal, changing daily with quite the spread and again friendly staff! The rooms were beautifully done, and ingenious --from the spaciousness under the beds to the universal bathroom door, and doorless shower, to the beauty of the wood/general decor. The rooftop bar was nice the one night we went, with a gorgeous view of the city. The only suggestion we would have is to...

"The room was incredibly small and poorly laid out. You couldn’t open the door to the bathroom if a second person was standing on the side of the bed near the bathroom. The room was not large enough for the king bed in it. The room was poorly lit, and the electrical plugs were minimal. The bathroom was clean, but the main room was very dusty, and there was a stain on one of the pillowcases. Will not stay again."
