"Very nice hotel and helpful staff"

"Everything great except parking"

"Room was ok. Door has to be lifted/pushed hard to close. Housekeeping not good enough - coffee supplies were not replenished, only 2 paper cups of flimsy quality provided in the room. Breakfast was passable. Disappointing for the money we paid for the stay."

"Great location"

"Hotel bien situé, mais délãbré et a besoin de rénovation. Cortidor défraîchi avec papier peint qui se décolle et mauvaises odeurs."

"Very chic hotel, the rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, close to downtown so you can park in the underground parking garage and walk to explore the city"

"The rooms are beautiful. The TV didn't work for the entire period I was there. Even with multiple calls and requests to the front desk, the TV was never fixed. The first night, someone came and rebooted the system. It worked for 15 minutes. After, nothing worked and no one came back. I was there for three (3) nights."
