"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Always love to stay here as it is sooo convenient. Literally a step away from the : - Express train to airport - direct train line to klcc / pasar seni / masjid jamek - nu shopping center With regards to being eco friendly - need some improvement. Although i consciously hang my towels, it will be changed everytime there's housekeeping. (I only get them to clean the room on alternate days). Overall love the hotel for the convenient. "

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Overall stay was decent. Had breakfast only on 1 day as I felt the food quality wasn’t that great. I had the Roti Canai and it tasted very raw. The curry and other food are not hot. Long queue at the coffee machine (only 2 machines). Hope the hotel can improve on their breakfast quality"

"Everything about the check in and room stay experience was great and value for money. The room is family friendly. The convenience of being connected to the sunway pyramid mall and location was a bonus. Nearby shops, eateries and pharmacy just across. Parking is abit disappointing to have to pay season parking 15rm per day though despite being guests. Should look into absorbing costs for those drive and check in for a more enjoyable experience. Suggestion to improve: 1)lobby area fragrance...
