"The food and service is excellent. The location is convenient because it is close to the downtown but it is unsafe at night time. The pool area is nothing like the pictures, the water is cold and it looks abandoned."

There is also a more modern part of the property with all the modern conveniences. Once inside the facility it is very clean, safe, and inviting. However, the area of the city is less desirable. "Great location, room was properly soundproof which is great for Copacabana . Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathroom in need of some updating, but all in all very good. "
