"The hotel is in need of refurbishment and doesn't warrant a 4 star rating as there is nothing special about it. The breakfast was ok, but again there was nothing special about it. There was one choice of cheese and it was the processed 'plastic' type which is not what we expected in Italy. The breads tasted of nothing and the toaster doesn't work unless you want melba toast after a 5 minute wait as the bread was so thin. Plenty of choice of croissants, cake and salad if that's what you like for...

"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair.
Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent...

"I had an absolutely horrible experience. The gate was not open. The taxi driver took me to the hotel right across from the entrance and that hotel said this one had not been open for over a year. I cannot get them to answer the phone or return my emails. I put in a cancellation and a report with Hotels.com to refund my money. However, I was still charged. I will fight it with my credit cards. "É um bom hotel! Bem localizado e limpo!
