"Lovely hotel with large room and bathroom. Staff were amazing! They arranged a cake and bottle of wine for my birthday and booked a dinner reservation in the old town. Hotel would have been perfect except pool wasn’t ready to use during our 4 night stay. Will be ready in a few days by the looks. Saturday night there was an 18th birthday celebration at the hotel which was so loud until 1am!! Terrible noise even with ear plugs in. "

"Easy parking. Not far drive to sassi. Room had air conditioning but it was turned to heat. Room was stuffy. So we were told to open window. Then you had security lights in your eyes all night. Breakfast very mediocre. No water in the room. The water in shower never got hot it staid luke warm. "

"Beautiful historic building hotel. Staff was great. Just one thing. Air Conditioner didn’t work properly and it was literally a sauna they said it was too hot outside but I don’t buy it as after living in Miami Beach has never has these problems and it’s much hotter and humid."
