"Initially we struggled to find this place. This hotel is actually above the shopping centre. the hotel is very fancy, staff was kind and polite. Once you find your way to hotel you will realise how close is this from station and food shops etc. The closest station is Osaka central and you can catch train to any direction from this station. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Very close to Shin-Osaka station, an easy walk. Room was nice, although small-ish by US standards. The hotel has well maintained public baths for guests, they also provide a robe and slippers. Breakfast is available, but expensive."

"It was very close to Universal Studios, the buffet food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom and shower water were especially good. There was a convenience store right below the hotel, so it was very convenient."

The door for the restroom in the room opened to the inside. with the little space there was, it was really tricky to close the door while being inside."
