"During our stay on July 7, the valet situation was completely overwhelmed. When we arrived, there were approximately 10 cars ahead of us, and after waiting 20 minutes only one vehicle had moved. We were attending a concert at the new Acrisure Amphitheater and could not risk waiting an unknown amount of time just to park. We ultimately left the valet line, paid $38 to park in a lot two blocks away, and carried our luggage to the hotel. Considering we paid $366 for the room, this was an unexpected...
