"Really appreciated the (slightly) early check in, meant we could unpack and get straight into our plans. Thankyou :)"

"Firstly location is ideal for everything. Always staff to assist n they are very friendly n helpful Room very comfortable in all aspects, bed, pillows, able to adjuat room temperature n shower very nice. Wifi was always good too."

"Fantastic staff, very clean and spacious rooms, shower is nice, offered toiletries are very good, mini bar and menu had great options. Parking is a 5 minute walk away, or offers valet. Will definitely be back!"

"Presentation always above standard. Room nice and spacious, staff were lovely with no long waits. Parking was easy and access into hotel. Only disappointment was it is not safe to work around at night and enjoy the evening in Auckland City .. too many homeless under the influence."

"A lot to see and do"
