"Just an observation/recommendation for the customers that are at Shenzhen for the first time without internet access. It would be helpful to have printed information of buses around the area and places to shop close to the Hotel in English. We were fortunate to have friends living close by to help us with sims cards and moving us around. The free internet sucks and couldn't connect from the room, also the A/C wasn't cooling enouph at night. Other than that everything was perfect, thanks!"

However, there are 2 things that need to improve: 1. wifi: the current free wifi requires a local phone number. I believe many foreigners who are just in Shenzhen for a brief time would not have a local SIM card. So, foreigners cannot access the wifi!
