"Had to walk way to far to get to main pool. shuttle took 40 minutes to come pick up whether it was at the main pool or the over flow parking lot. This was not appreciated when outside temps are 110 degrees then when you finally get shuttle no air conditioning in back of the shuttle must been broke terribly hot. Called for maintenance and had a light in room flashing and would quit and no maintenance to fix no way to disable so annoyed the crap out of us as we were trying to get sleep. Very...

"Resort was beautiful and so clean. The staff was great!! The Prado restaurant was so delicious, for both breakfast and dinner. The resort is close to a lot of good places to see and eat at. Had a wonderful time there."
