"The hotel was nice but the bed was slightly hard and small for 2 people. Staff were lovely, check in was really easy. Very central location, easy walking distance to all attractions in bath. "

"Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff and great facilities. Convenient location nearby to shops, 30 min bus ride to Bristol City Centre. Downside was not advised that 2 cards are needed for the lights/electricity, this causes lights to go off every 10 minutes, however was easily resolved. Just please let guests know in future as was not pleasant experiencing total darkness in the bathroom! Staff very apologetic when quiring this. "

"Hotel was easy to find and in a great location for our stay, opposite the Hippodrome made it perfect. We had a little wait whilst the staff found us room, we had requested a twin but they were unable to provide one not that it was a problem for us. Room was clean and tidy with a good view of the harbour and hippodrome. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room did not work and we couldnt get the air conditioning to work. Breakfast was ok."

"Most beautiful hotel ive ever stayed in me and my wife stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary checked in and found out we were upgraded to a deluxe room for free after booking a classic room. Room was beautiful lovley big walk in shower seperate bath tub. Big comfy king size bed. Breakfast in the morning was beautiful a choice of cooked and continetal. Would definality stay here again."

"Good location. Room large and comfortable with lots of amenities. Property downfall was in their breakfast service which was chaotic during our visit, not the standard the property should have offered. It appeared to be a staffing issue. Many of us did not finish our meal. One server was inexperienced and inefficient. Suggest that staff be better trained and have division of labour, not multitasking. I.e. one person to admit and clear/ set tables, another to serve, etc."
